Julio E. Vega

Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Julio founded WHITE PICKET FENCE in 2011 after obtaining his MBA degree from BABSON COLLEGE. He founded the company with a focus on redeveloping the existing aging housing stock in Massachusetts. As he grew the company, he decided to tackle the shortage of affordable housing in central MA by redeveloping and incorporating newer technologies into existing buildings while making them affordable. Julio holds a BS in Civil Engineering and over twenty years of experience in construction and construction management in Latin America and the United States.

Francesca Canessa

Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Francesca has carved a unique career path that began in corporate marketing, serving as a regional brand manager for the global product company Unilever. There she cultivated her enthusiasm for innovative thinking, as well as understanding that creative solutions are of the utmost importance. She holds a BS in Marketing from Texas A&M University and a graduate degree in Operations Management from Harvard. Successfully transferring her marketing and management background into Real Estate Sales and Brand Building, she dually- licensed in both MA and FL and for over ten years has participated in the design and sales of residential and multi-family investment properties in both states.

10 Years and Counting

Starting with a small fix and flip in Metro West Boston, then growing into a 35+ unit portfolio, we have now transitioned into mixed-use adaptive reuse of residential buildings in secondary markets around Boston and Central Massachusetts. We provide everything from financial analysis, capital stack, OZ funding, design, construction management, and property management to turnkey multifamily investing for both our domestic and international investors.
